BookFresh Shutdown FAQs for International Customers

Where can I get my data?
You'll be able to download your data. Goto My Business -> Data Export

What will my data include?
You can download all your Appointment, Client and Reviews information.

Can I keep using BookFresh after April 30th, 2017?
No, access will be turned off after April 30th, 2017.

What will my client see after April 30th, 2017 on my Booking Site?
If you add a business website URL under External Booking Service in the "My Business"-->"Settings"-->"Account Info" page your clients will be sent to that page. If not, we will show just your business contact information so clients can still get ahold of you. Please note that setting the External Booking Service will disable client bookings via BookFresh.‚Äč

When will my last charge be?
As of April 30th, 2017 you won't be charged for BookFresh anymore. Any partial usage will be refunded.

What should I do with existing appointments?
Existing appointments will be exported with your appointments data. These can be viewed or transferred to a new service or calendar if you choose to do so.

Why can't I move to Square?
Square Appointments is currently only available in the United States. Customers outside the United States will need to find an alternate booking service.

Can I cancel now?
Yes you can, feel free to download your data and cancel your account at any point.

For how long can I access my data?
Your data will be available for export and download until April 30th, 2017.  Bookfresh will not be available after April 30th, 2017.
