How do I migrate to Square Appointments?
if you just want a Square Appointments subscription without migrating you can do that here.
What will be migrated for me?
Appointments, services, staff and client info will be moved automatically by the migration process. Some staff info and staff logins, if used, will need to be recreated manually. Additionally, we’ll walk you through setting up a few more things.
Please note that any staff that are disabled on your BookFresh staff dashboard will not be imported into Square Appointments.
How will I learn to use Square Appointments?
You can find out about using Square Appointments in Square’s Support Center's detailed Appointments guide .
Can I access my data after I migrate?
You can still download your BookFresh data until December 31st, 2017, but any changes you’ve made since you moved to Square will not be migrated. After December 31st, your data will no longer be available for download.
What will my data include?
You can download all your Appointment and Client information as well as Reviews, if you used that feature, from BookFresh.
What about classes?
Square Appointments does not support class scheduling at this time.
Can I keep using BookFresh after November 30th, 2017?
No, access will be turned off after November 30th.
What if I don’t want to use Square Appointments?
You can download your data from BookFresh until December 31st, 2017 but after November 30th you will no longer be able to make new appointments and your clients will no longer be able to use online booking on BookFresh.
What will my client see after November 30th on my Booking Site?
If you add a re-direct URL on the Settings page under Account Info → External Booking Service your clients will be sent to that page. If not, we will show just your contact information so clients can still get ahold of you.
What if I want to cancel now?
If you’d like to cancel now please do the following:
Select Edit under Account Type
Choose Select or modify plan
Choose Delete your account
Select Delete my account on that page
You’ll be able to download your appointments, client information, and reviews free of charge until December 31st, 2017.
When will I stop being billed on BookFresh?
August will be the last month that you’re going to be billed, we’ll proactively prorate any outstanding bills at that time. You’ll still be able to access BookFresh until September 30th, free of charge. If you had a paid BookFresh account you will get 6 months free when you migrate to Square Appointments.
Do you recommend any other scheduling providers?
At this time we don't have any partners that we can recommend, but feel free to search online for another solution.
