How do I change when BookFresh offers my appointments during my business day?

By default, BookFresh offers your appointments according to the length of the service. For example, if you have a 60 minute service and you are open from 9am to 5pm BookFresh will offer your service at 9am, 10am, 11am, noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. If you also have a 90 minute service BookFresh will offer that service at 9am, 10:30am, noon, 1:30pm and 3pm. If you have a 60 minute appointment scheduled from 10am to 11am and your client wants to book a 90 minute appointment, BookFresh will offer noon, 1:30pm and 3pm. BookFresh does not offer the 90 minute appointment at 11am even though that time would be available.

You can also set BookFresh to offer appointment on the hour, on the half hour or on the quarter hour. This allows your clients to book according to how often you want appointments available for any service as long as it doesn't overlap an existing appointment or extend beyond the end of your day.

To do this please do the following:

1) Go to "My Business" --> "Settings" --> "Hours and Scheduling"

2) At the bottom of the page under "Scheduling Aids" you can change "Appointments are scheduled" from "According to service duration" to "On the hour", "On the half hour" or "On the quarter hour".
